Refund, Cancellation, and Membership Terms

These terms apply to purchases from LATOM Wellness PLLC (“LATOM Wellness,” “we,” “us”). All prices are in US dollars (USD). Questions about any charge: info@latomwellness.com.

Consultations

If you cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled consultation, you receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, and missed appointments (no-shows), are non-refundable.
If the practice needs to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you may choose a new time or receive a full refund.

Protocol PDFs

Protocol PDFs are digital products. Access is delivered immediately after payment.
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase only if the protocol has not been downloaded or accessed.
Once a protocol has been downloaded or accessed, the purchase is non-refundable.

Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly or annually, starting on the date you sign up. The current plans are the Labs Membership ($29 per month or $290 per year), Optimization ($199 per month), and Premium Longevity ($399 per month).
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime by emailing info@latomwellness.com.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
We do not give refunds for partial billing periods.
Annual plans may be cancelled for a pro-rata refund of the unused portion within the first 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Pharmacy, Lab, and Supplement Charges

Medications are billed separately by the dispensing pharmacy, and lab tests and supplements are billed by the lab or dispensary that provides them. Those charges are governed by that company's own refund policy.
