Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

This website and its services are operated by LATOM Wellness PLLC, a Virginia professional limited liability company (“LATOM Wellness,” “we,” “us”). Clinical services are provided by Dr. Abdul, MD. By using this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund, Cancellation, and Membership Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Services

We offer:

• Physician telehealth consultations
• Review of laboratory results
• Educational protocol PDFs
• Memberships: Labs Membership ($29 per month or $290 per year), Optimization ($199 per month), and Premium Longevity ($399 per month)

When a prescription is clinically appropriate, it is sent to a licensed US pharmacy and billed by the pharmacy separately. Whether any treatment or prescription is appropriate is decided by the physician after evaluation.

3. Virginia Only

Medical services, including consultations, lab review, and prescriptions, are available only to patients who are located in Virginia at the time of each consultation. You agree to tell us accurately where you are located.

4. Telehealth Consent and the Patient Relationship

Telehealth care requires your informed consent, which you give during booking, and is also governed by our Patient Service Agreement. A physician-patient relationship is formed only after you complete intake and consent and the physician accepts you as a patient. Browsing this site, reading content, or buying a protocol PDF does not create a physician-patient relationship.

5. Educational Content

Articles, guides, and protocol PDFs are educational. They are not a diagnosis or a substitute for an individual medical evaluation. Talk to your physician before starting any supplement, medication, or health program.

6. Payments, Memberships, and Refunds

Prices are listed in US dollars. We do not bill insurance. Memberships are billed monthly or annually from the start date and renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime by emailing info@latomwellness.com. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund, Cancellation, and Membership Terms. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor and is never stored by LATOM Wellness.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Individual results vary. We do not guarantee any specific medical, health, weight, or lab outcome.

8. Emergencies

We do not provide emergency care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not use email or website forms for urgent medical needs.

9. Intellectual Property

Site content, including protocol PDFs, is owned by LATOM Wellness PLLC and protected by copyright. A protocol purchase or membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use that content for your own health decisions. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute it, or use it to train AI systems. See Legal & Copyright for details.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LATOM Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or its educational content, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Virginia law, including liability for professional negligence in the care we provide.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Clinical services are also governed by the Patient Service Agreement, including its dispute resolution terms. Before starting any dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
